Ellipsiz derived its name from the latin word ‘ellipsis’, a punctuation mark represented by three dots (…), which indicates that there is ‘more to come’. It is a reflection of our focus on continuously bringing cutting edge technology and solutions to our customers in the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industries.

 

Ellipsiz Distribution & Services Solutions has a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and services to cater to the needs in the semiconductor and electronics ecosystem. Among our specialised distribution offerings are wafer fabrication process equipment for lithography, wet benches, coater/developer, abatement system; as well as board level test equipment for in-circuit & functional test, optical and X-Ray inspection. We also provide fab Support services such as complete turnkey facilities hook-up, speciality chemicals and fab relocation.

E Golfing Pte Ltd

Ellipsiz Ltd has expanded its portfolio by venturing into the recreational sector through its subsidiary E Golfing.  For a start, we will collaborate with UPlay Ventures to establish indoor golf simulator centres in Singapore. The initiative begins investing in  two centres, aiming to leverage UPlay’s ‘My Golf Kaki’ community to boost digital golf’s popularity and accessibility. This move represents Ellipsiz Ltd’s strategic entry into phygital (physical and digital) recreational experiences.

Investment / Land in Bintan, Indonesia

The Group owns a piece of vacant land measuring approximately 85 hectares in Bintan through its 75% owned subsidiary, PT Super Makmur Sejahtera (“PT SMS”). PT SMS is a joint venture company with Lum Chang Holdings Limited. As the largest island in the Riau province, Bintan is well known for its high-end resorts, world-class golf courses and magnificent coastal beauty. Situated in the north eastern coast of Bintan Island, the land presents a variety of opportunities including potential tourism-related uses.
